Hi,
could you please clarify if I think right: cash on cash return means that if I put 100 Eur to loans that month and the cash on cash return is 12%, that means that I have received 112 Eur back in total?

Hey,
not sure what you are referring to. If you mean the "Cumulative cash on cash return" graph in the statistics section, it shows you how much money you got back (up to now) from your initial investment in that month.
If you are in the grey area, 12% means you got back 12€ from your investment of 100€ from that month. It will get higher over time and hopefully cross the 100% mark, which indicates making profit from then on.

Thank you very much. I trade only on secondary market and some months the profit is 12% already.  Just wanted to make sure it's not a made up number.

Correct. It shows your absolute and relative win over all the time, but not IRR.
