Following the measures ordered by the Italian Government to contain the health emergency caused by the spread of Covid-19, it seems right to us to take stock of the situation and explain in what direction our next steps will move.

Our Italian team, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government, is carrying out its activities in smart working without affecting the continuity of the business in order to help contain the spread of contagion.
As far as the Sponsor companies and the projects themselves financed through our platform are concerned, we can confirm that they are progressing without slowing down; in fact, we have confirmation from the Sponsor companies that the work is proceeding as planned:
"Our work is progressing. The construction companies working for us are progressing and the construction sites are open, in accordance with the rules. From the point of view of the progress of work at the moment we do not discount delays. As far as sales are concerned, we note a drop in visits but no slowdown in sales, which continue over the very last few days".

Ich hab schon in der ersten Februarhälfte sehr viel über den Zweitmarkt verkauft.

Au weia, Crowdestate* bekommt seine Kredite nicht mehr wirklich "gefüllt".
Habe spaßeshalber vor fast genau drei Tagen einen Screenshot gemacht, hier mal die Zahlen von vor drei Tagen und aktuell:
Pinturicchio 5 (II): 20500 -> 26200
Veskimöldre 2 (VI): 87800 -> 90500
Joeküla tee 18: 50000 -> 53900
Sassari 15 (I): 71300 -> 72800
Da tut sich vergleichsweise sehr wenig..
Auch ich habe schon gegen Jahresende massiv abgebaut und auf dem Zweitmarkt verkauft. Auslöser waren die unschönen Ereignisse und schlechte Due Diliigence bei Tammelehe, Lepa Tee usw.. |

For our part, Crowdestate* has made additional requests under which conditions we would be prepared to submit a debt rescheduling and payment proposal to Crowdestate's investors for approval, and most of our requests have reached the following proposal.
If the below proposal gets the approval of ⅔ investors (as measured by the amount of capital raised), we will continue to work towards a legally binding agreement. Before concluding the final agreement, we will disclose to all investors who have signed a loan agreement with H.M Seafood OÜ, the exact text of the agreement and we will ask for your consent to the agreement.
If less than ⅔ of the investors (as measured by the amount of capital raised) agree with the proposal below, we will read H.M. Seafood OÜ's proposal as rejected and we will move on to bankruptcy and claiming Mrs Heli Loim’s personal guarantee. Given the current situation of H.M Seafood OÜ, the process of bankruptcy and the personal guarantee collection does not result in the repayment of all involved loans.
Please read the compromise proposal below and vote in favor or against by clicking here.
All investors who haven’t voted shall be deemed to have voted against.
Main points of the compromise proposal
H.M. Seafood OÜ is able to offer the following compromise terms to Crowdestate* investors:
The amount of the claim to be recovered shall be EUR 573 863,09 in principal and interest;
The claim will be converted into a 10% interest payment schedule with a 50 month period. H.M. According to Seafood OÜ, the company will not be able to service a larger claim even if the business is successfully restarted.
The compromise is conditional on a one-off repayment of EUR 50 000 before the compromise is reached;
As part of the payment schedule, H.M. Seafood OÜ will immediately make two further payments of EUR 50 000 at the beginning of the payment schedule, including EUR 25 000 by 30.04.2020, and EUR 25 000 by 31/05/2020.
The payment schedule shall be drawn up so that the last principal payment will be made by 31.05.2024 and the principal payment shall be EUR 50 000 (bullet);
The compromise is concluded in a notarial form and is subject to immediate compulsory execution;
Agreements on subordination, reporting and limitation of disbursements are part of the compromise;
The current commercial pledge and a personal guarantee by Mrs Heli Loim will remain as collateral. In addition, VLK Trading OÜ, a new investor and business partner, will join the commitments of H.M. Seafood OÜ.
