Spanda Capital has successfully completed strategic credit-portfolio sale transaction with a leading global NPL investor. As a result, Spanda will gradually repay its outstanding financing and wind down its presence on the Esketit* marketplace.
For Esketit* Users, the important part is what happens next: repayments are coming back in stages.
The first repayments are expected in August, with the largest part of the outstanding portfolio planned to be repurchased by the end of September 2026. The remaining exposure is expected to be fully repaid by Q1 2027.
There's also a small domino effect here: as Spanda repays its loans to Mojo Capital, Mojo will in turn repurchase the corresponding claims currently outstanding on Esketit*.
And one more housekeeping note - no new Spanda Capital claims will be listed on the marketplace going forward.
So while this update is less about "what's next?" and more about "what happens now?", the path ahead is quite straightforward: the portfolio sale is complete, repayments are underway, and there's a clear timeline for the remaining exposure.
We'll keep you posted as the repayments progress. |

| Und sofort sind maximal 11%er gelistet. Das ist mir im Rendite/ Risikoverhältnis zu wenig. |

Was heißt das jetzt? Mojo kauft alle Spanda Kredite zurück und kriegt einen finanziellen Hit?
Wie seht ihr die Situation? Wurde eigentlich überhaupt irgendwo erklärt, was mit Spanda los ist? |

Spanda hat sein Kreditportolio an einen anderen Investor verkauft. Mit dem Erlös wird dann an uns und Mojo (und Mojo an uns,...) zurückgezahlt.
Spanda wird seine Präsenz auf Esketit* schrittweise beenden.
Oder was genau ist deine Frage?
