Secondary market should be opened in couple of weeks. Reinvest24* couldn't keep their promises on launching secondary market, it will be interesting to see how EvoEstate can deliver.

We are working very hard on it- at this moment we are doing private testing. We estimate its launch under 3 weeks. |

It shouldn't be a surprise. I always try to explain that we are first investor-focudsed platform. It's due to the fact, that for platforms their main business comes from Real Estate developers or their own projects. Especially when they have more investors than they need.
We on the other hand are investors in those deals just like you, therefore we always need to be transparent about the information and risks- we like to do some extra due dilligence like we did with this Bulkestate* project (https://evoestate.com/project/37/aleksandra-apartments-i/)
We are not only responsible for our own capital but for our investors and we always do our best to inform the investors about all the potential risks (which could be lost in the description) |

Ich muss sagen, dass sich mein Bild über EvoEstate merklich verbessert hat. Es ist generell sehr gut, wenn sich Mitarbeiter oder gar der CEO der Plattformen ausführlich und schlüssig äußern.
Es gibt 15€ für ein 50€-Investment, korrekt? Es darf mich gerne jemand per PN einladen. Außer der User mit der Affiliate-Signatur, dessen Posts ich unter keinen Umständen als Anlageempfehlung ableite. |

If you have pressed to invest into that project you would have received the message that it’s not possible to invest, because the project was cancelled. We did it this way, because people wouldn’t get surprised if they have deposited money just to make that transaction and it dissapeared somewhere. With this particular project we had doubt about it possibility to complete financing or happening and for this reason we wrote in the description that it investors should avoid investing into that deal until 75% will be collected to avoid the cash-drag. I am sorry again for any inconvienences caused and I hope I explained ourselves.

Irgendwie ist nur wenig los bei EvoEstate. Woran liegt das? Wenn sie sich das beste aus den vorhandenen Immo-Plattformen rauspicken können, sollten doch eigentlich mehr Angebote zur Verfügung stehen.
EvoEstate war nach ernüchternden Erfahrungen mit Estateguru* und Reinvest24* nun mein letzter Versuch mit P2P-Immobilien ... aber ich fürchte P2P-Immobilien und ich werden keine Freunde

Hi Andreas,
You should take into account that now is summer and things slow down in Spain and not so many deals are being done from there. However, we will have 2 new deals from Spain this week, and one of them will be today, we should also have another deal from Baltics this week as well.
At the current moment we are integrating 4 platforms from Spain and we will increase our deal-flow significantly. After that, we will start integrating platforms from France as well. You can read more about it in our latest update: https://evoestate.com/blog/14
I really do hope that you will continue to stay with us and be a little bit more patient. However, if you feel that you would like to liquidate your investments and leave our platform, me & Audrius will buy back your investments at 90% of principal value or you can wait 2 weeks until we launch the secondary market and get a better deal there. If you would like to liquidate your investments just write me an email to gustas@evoestate.com |

Aktuell ist wieder nur ein Hochrisikoprojekt mit 18,8% Rendite p.a. verfügbar. Außerdem gibt es eine neue Plattform und damit jetzt insgesamt 13.
Ich habe zwischenzeitlich bereits in vier verschiedene Projekte auf Evoestate investiert. Von einem habe ich sogar schon eine erste Rückzahlung erhalten.
