Du scheinst da nicht der Einzige zu sein. Das Projekt füllt sich für Inrento-Verhältnisse sehr langsam. |

1) Erfahrungen auf anderen Plattformen mit polnischen Krediten
2) Erfahrung, dass es bei einigen Plattformen (u.a. Bondora*, Estateguru*, ...) im Heimatmarkt besser/zuverlässiger läuft, als in Märkten in die sie expandieren

Bei Inrento* ist gerade Flaute bzgl. neuer Proejkte. Das hat wohl dazu beigetragen, dass ich gestern meinen Aparthotel Trakei I Kredit mit 4% Aufschlag auf dem Zweitmarkt verkaufen konnte. Der lief noch gar nicht so lang. Selbst bei 2% Gebühr ein gutes Geschäft.

Bei Inrento* endlich wieder ein neues offenes Projekt. Sind aber unter 50K übrig, wird also vermutlich vor heute abend voll.

Der Run auf die Kredite von Inrento* ist schon abartig  . Gestern wurde um 17:13 Uhr ein Projekt aus Polen veröffentlicht mit einem sehr großen Umfang von 1,4 Mio. €.
Eine halbe Stunde später wurde dann in Telegram gepostet, dass der Kredit schon weitgehend voll investiert sei.
Ich selber versuchte drei Stunden nach Ankündigung noch zu investieren und war vieeel zu spät dran. |

Das lag aber auch am recht hohen Zinssatz, wenn ich es richtig in Erinnerung habe. Aktuell gibt es ja ein weiteres aus Polen und das ist noch nicht voll finanziert (0,9m). Hast also noch ein paar Stunden

Poland remains one of the most significant markets for growth, with seven projects already financed there. Inrento* has become the largest buy-to-let platform in the country, surpassing local competitors.
"The Polish market is strategically important to us because of its size and investor-friendly conditions – we see potential for growth not only in major cities, but also in regions where commercial real estate and tourism are expanding rapidly. That is why we opened our first office abroad in Warsaw last year. This year, we plan to strengthen our team and expand our network of local partners so that we can offer more projects to our investors," says G. Germanavičius.
According to G. Germanavičius, the growing volume of projects in foreign markets indicates that investors are increasingly opting for geographical diversification as a means to protect their investments from local economic fluctuations.
"We see that more than half of the projects we are financing this year will be outside Lithuania. This allows investors to diversify their capital not only between different real estate segments, but also among countries, reducing overall risk and ensuring a more stable return in the long term," emphasizes G. Germanavičius. |
