Dear customer,

isePankur aim to be the largest 'non-bank' consumer loan provider in Estonia within two years. To do this we need your help on how to develop our products and services. We see great potential in the Estonian consumer loan market as the only alternative to banks are 'pay day' loan providers and at present banks in Estonia charge 2-3 times more than in their home markets Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

At the same time we would like to provide our lenders different investment opportunities that meet the needs of both the more conservative customer and risk-seeking customers. We are currently looking at implementing various new products and we need your help understanding which opportunities best meet your needs.

Please answer our survey as it will help us understand if, and at what interest rate and how much you would be interested in investing in different products. The survey will take a maximum of five minutes to complete. Please focus on the questions that relate to the products you are interested in.
