Wäre auch zu schön gewesen:

Heute gab es die ersten zwei Kapital- und Zinsrückzahlungen. Alle anderen Projekte laufen nach Plan. Tja, was tun? Ursprünglich investierte ich dort nur wegen des guten Rufes und des sehr großzügigen Neukundenbonus. 6-7% sind dagegen sehr dürftig + Währungsrisiko. |

Letzte Woche habe ich mit circa 1.5 Jahren Verspätung den Hauptbetrag des Projektes "High Street - CR0" ( https://s3.amazonaws.com/valuation-reports-new/HighStreet_CRO_ValRep.pdf, https://invest.kuflink.co.uk/product/individual-properties/151) erhalten. Während die Rückzahlung des Hauptbetrags ausblieb wurden monatlich weiterhin Zinsen, jedoch keine Strafzinsen oder ähnliches bezahlt.
Somit bin ich bei Kuflink* raus, leider ohne die damalige 100 Pfund Prämie. |

Hab eben mit dem Kuflink* Chef telefoniert. Er sagt es läuft super im Moment, sie haben extrem viel Nachfrage von britischen Anlegern für das steuerbegünstigte IFISA Produkt. Ein Fajtor ist u.a. das Zopa IFISA im Moment keine Neukunden mehr annimmt und dass das Ratesetter IFISA ausläuft, so dass Kunden auf der Suche nach einem IFISA sind in das sie umschichten können, wenn sie nicht in einen Cash ISA oder einem Stock ISA umschichten wollen. Wobei er sagt, viele der Anleger hätten wenig Vertrauen zu einem Stock ISA - es seien ja gerade die Anlager in P2P Lending, die eine feste Verzinsung wollen. _________________ Meine Investments (aktualisiert 03/22):

Ich denke, dass es zeitlich eine direkte Reaktion ist denn Kuflink* hat heute abend as per Email geschickt

In respect of VAT, we have been in contact with HMRC since September last year, as the pandemic created delays in earlier contact. The VAT amount has already been set aside (which is c£160k) by the business and we are working with our new auditors to settle by the June 2021 deadline required by HMRC.
With regards to the Material Uncertainty in relation to the Going Concern, we have managed to cut significant costs within the business which has enabled the group to move to a self-sustainable model meaning profits are being generated on a monthly basis and we envisage this to be the case for the foreseeable future. In addition, we are in contact with our major shareholders if and when equity injection is needed.
For 2021, the business is in very good shape. Losses have narrowed to a point where we are confident that we are likely to announce break-even or a profit very soon. Please see table below

During the pandemic alone we have repaid over £25m of capital and interest to our investors and in total, over £73m has been repaid and we continue to repay capital and interest on an ongoing basis. |
