Sehr erstaunt war ich, als ich plötzlich eine persönliche E-Mail von isePankur in meinem Postfach fand.
Sowas ist einem mit Auxmoney* nie passiert.
Auf die Nachricht habe ich natürlich sofort geantwortet und bekam in weniger als einem halben Tag eine Antwort.
Die Plattform hat wirklich Potential.
Aber lest selbst...

thanks for your mail. I'm very pleased with isePankur.
Everything was going fast and easy. I've already invested some money on a german p2p-platform (auxmoney) but this is in no way comparable with isePankur, because isePankur offers much more information and realtime statistics. It is really usefull that I can invest up from 5 Euro at isePankur, so it is much easier to diversify risks (at Auxmoney* ist was minimum 50 Euro).
I like the investment robots, too, because it is a fast and easy way to invest some money with given criteria without spending a lot of time.
For the moment I have no questions, but some wishes. If it would be possible to have some securities from the lenders, then the interest rate will certainly go down and in the same time more investors will come to your platform (because most credit-investors tend to be risk averse). E.g. the borrowers could send their vehicle registration to you as security and in case of a credit default the car could be picked up and the proceeds from the car sale could be given to the investors.
Because I love statistics, it would be nice to have some more about the failed loans. E.g. which sum came back for the investors by debt collection after a loan default and how long did it last (from the beginning of overdue) until it was finally paid.

Thank you for the kind words.

We are not looking to provide secured loans ourselves as the administration complexities would require building up a specific unit however we are looking to engage with a partner or two that would be the sales channels. We could bring something in already before the end of the year or early next.

Our mid-term focus in Estonia is to be the leader in unsecured loans. Firstly we have built up very good systems and know-how in this area and are more effective in managing risk than banks. At the same time the Estonian market has extremely high interest rates that although seem like usury from a German point of view but are the norm here. It makes sense to capitalise on this opportunity and build buffers whilst looking at more stable, larger but less-profitable lending opportunities.

We are planning to also enhance the statistics page to include more information that we track on a daily basis. This will include better overview of the quality of the loans over time and per risk group as well as the behaviour after default.

Die gleiche Mail habe ich 2 Tage nach meiner Anmeldung auch erhalten.
Wahrscheinlich "ein Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl" um an die Geldüberweisung zu erinnern, um "mitspielen" zu können!

Also ich hatte zu dem Zeitpunkt bereits überwiesen und Investitionen getätigt. Schließlich wird das Konto erst eröffnet, wenn die Identität durch die Überweisung bestätigt ist.
