I have just read through this thread and am supporting the preceeding comments. Your arguing seems not very convincing. If Mintos* wants to progress as a platform you have to give yourself an appropriate Governance framework and rules that you have to stick to. You cannot unilaterally modify the rules if it suits your interests. Even though, this "rule break" looks as if it is in the interest of the investor, this has to make us even more suspicious.

The "skin in the game" principle is important for us as investors. It is part of your business models and it is one of the reasons why we invest with you and not another platform.

Can you please comment if this decision was approved by your Board of Directors and if they consider it as a one time derogation to your own rules that will not occur again. We would also like to know and understand the true reason why there was a derogation to your own principles in this case.
