Habe heute im P2P-Banking.com Blog Property Partner* (über den Link 50 GBP Bonus bei Anmeldung sobald 1000 GBP investiert wurden) vorgestellt

Invest in Immobilien und monatliche Dividenden aus Mietzahlungen sowie ggf. Profit aus einer Wertsteigerung der Immobilie über den Anlagehorizont von 5 Jahren.
Die Rendite aus den Mietzahlungen ist im vergleich zu anderen Plattformen eher niedrig: 1,5% bis 5% - dafür haben die tatsächlichen Mieten die prognostizierten Werte bisher meist erreicht und in einigen Fällen auch geringfügig übertroffen. Keine Nachrangdarlehen o.ä. sondern Equity in einer SPV die für die einzelne Immobilie gegründet wird.
Es gibt einen Zweitmarkt - ist aber eher für langfristig orientierte Anleger interessant

Interessant. Ähnliche Funktionsweise wie Crowdhouse in der Schweiz. Unterschiede:
Bei Crowdhouse wird man als Investor im Grundbuch eingetragen. Glaube die Mindestanlage fängt bei 25'000.-- (!) an.

Mietzinsrendite und nach 5 Jahren ev. Zusatzgewinn/-verlust durch Verkauf |
