Since Reinvest24* is seemingly one of the popular platforms among the English-speaking users of the sub-forum. I made a dedicated topic for it. Who is investing with Reinvest24* and how is your experience so far? _________________ Active Portfolio Composition: Mintos(AI):10.82%, Bondora* (Portfolio pro and Go&Grow):5.82% , Ratesetter Australia:6.65%, Kapilendo:16.83%, Fundingcircle.nl:9.72%, Flender.ie:6.51% Assetzcaptial:6.13%, Estateguru:6.97%, Envestio:1.78%, Crowdestate:6.56%, Reinvest24:3.73%, Housers:8.24%, Engel & Völkers Capital:2.62%, British Pearl:4.58%, Lender&Spender:5.18% |

Hi,
I'm investing in it. However, there's been lack of the projects on the platform recently and the funding takes a while.
What do you think about it? _________________ EVOESTATE: HOW TO EARN 55% IN 24 MONTHS? |

I like the investment structure to diversify small amounts on money into many properties.
The problem is the lack of new projects. Also the secondary market was already months ago almost production ready according to the CEO. Unfortunately there were never an update why it is delayed so much or if it is even canceled.
However as i'm interested in long term investing, this is not a big problem for me, but it seems that the CEO is kinda way to optimistic regarding such technical things. Hopefully this does not apply also to financial things. _________________ Aktive P2P-Investments:

He's a young guy, overpromises, I guess.
You can use secondary market on EvoEstate for Reinvest24* loans, if you make an investment in Evo platform. _________________ EVOESTATE: HOW TO EARN 55% IN 24 MONTHS? |

I read your review on Reinvest24* and I find it quite fair and objective. I too think that the platform, having promoted itself as a long-term investment platform, is not sustainable with the current state of funding. In addition to lack of mass capital, I find the irregularities in dividend payments quite annoying. Tanel once said that the dividends for rental apartments could come latest by 10th of the month. But if I take "land plot with cash flow and signed buyout" as an example, the payouts are very sporadic. With BritishPearl, which isa British equity investment platform, dividend payments happen always at the same time. Sporadic payouts is not a very serious issue in and of itself. What makes it more of an issue is the lack of communication regarding delays. I am also eagerly waiting to see the performance of Majaka properties, which were supposed to be sold by mid. October already.
I think the platform needs many improvements. Of course given that it is a young platform, I don't expect a lot happening in a short term, but what I do expect is a proactive style of communication on payments, delays and developments. I hope Reinvest24* manages to move from its reactive style to a proactive one. _________________ Active Portfolio Composition: Mintos(AI):10.82%, Bondora* (Portfolio pro and Go&Grow):5.82% , Ratesetter Australia:6.65%, Kapilendo:16.83%, Fundingcircle.nl:9.72%, Flender.ie:6.51% Assetzcaptial:6.13%, Estateguru:6.97%, Envestio:1.78%, Crowdestate:6.56%, Reinvest24:3.73%, Housers:8.24%, Engel & Völkers Capital:2.62%, British Pearl:4.58%, Lender&Spender:5.18% |

I think the secondary market being ready was an over promise. I think it is best for both investors and the young Reinvest24* if the platform is honestly realistic about developments. The long-term scope of the platform is also interesting to me, but as mentioned by HonestFIRE, the platform has to sustainable to benefit from this long-term scope. In addition, I think it would be nice if the platform allowed smaller minimum investment amount for example 50 euros or even less. BritishPearl, for example, allows a minimum investment of 1 Pound. Lack of new projects and the long time it takes the projects to be financed in combination with rather high minimum investment of 100 Euros, makes reinvesting the returns really difficult unless one has a very large investments.
Nonetheless, I find the concept of Reinvest24* very interesting and I understand that it is a start-up so a lot can not happen over a night; but I do think that Reinvest24* needs to be more transparent and honest with its early investors and actively moves towards being a sustainable platform. _________________ Active Portfolio Composition: Mintos(AI):10.82%, Bondora* (Portfolio pro and Go&Grow):5.82% , Ratesetter Australia:6.65%, Kapilendo:16.83%, Fundingcircle.nl:9.72%, Flender.ie:6.51% Assetzcaptial:6.13%, Estateguru:6.97%, Envestio:1.78%, Crowdestate:6.56%, Reinvest24:3.73%, Housers:8.24%, Engel & Völkers Capital:2.62%, British Pearl:4.58%, Lender&Spender:5.18% |

Most of P2P companies are young, the main problem as for the most in the beginning is lack of funding. I think aggregators like EvoEstate can be helpful, however, the platforms like Reinvest24* then pay them extra interest due to big investment and Reinvest24* would earn even less.
Anyway, the company has put a lot of effort to the Majaka project. On the latest Youtube video it looks like the job is getting done well. _________________ EVOESTATE: HOW TO EARN 55% IN 24 MONTHS? |

Today one of the Majaka projects was exited with an IRR of about 11%. Not bad for Reinvest24* as it has delivered on the initial plan. _________________ Active Portfolio Composition: Mintos(AI):10.82%, Bondora* (Portfolio pro and Go&Grow):5.82% , Ratesetter Australia:6.65%, Kapilendo:16.83%, Fundingcircle.nl:9.72%, Flender.ie:6.51% Assetzcaptial:6.13%, Estateguru:6.97%, Envestio:1.78%, Crowdestate:6.56%, Reinvest24:3.73%, Housers:8.24%, Engel & Völkers Capital:2.62%, British Pearl:4.58%, Lender&Spender:5.18% |

The CEO reminds me of Elon Musk:
Promises a bit too much and does not deliver in time. But when he delivers, the result is very good. _________________ Aktive P2P-Investments:

Comparison to Musk is a quite opportunistic. Rockets and electric vehicles vs. small p2p platform in Estonia. _________________ EVOESTATE: HOW TO EARN 55% IN 24 MONTHS? |
