Jetzt neue Runde im Kontext IPO zu 70p (kann noch nach unten angepasst werden)
Ich weiß nicht ob nur bestehende Anteilseigner mitmachen können.
Das Angebot stößt bislang eher auf Skepsis.

Das lief wohl gar nicht so wie erwartet. Auf seedrs* hat man lediglich rund 20k einsammeln können, insgesamt knapp 400k. Der Preis wurde am unteren Rand auf 58pc festgelegt.
Ein Problem wird werden, dass man die Aktien anschließend wohl eher schlecht wieder loswird, insbesondere bei kleinen Posten. Zwar ist der erzielte Gewinn, wenn der Kurs nicht abstürzt, ganz ordentlich (80% in weningen Monaten), aber die Marklergebühr dürfte dann einen Großteil auffressen.

Dear Investors
As shared with you previously, Voyager will be listing on the AQSE Growth Market with an expected admission date of Wednesday 30 June 2021.
As the shares will be traded on the AQSE Growth Market, shares purchased via Seedrs* will be held by the Seedrs* Nominee through a broker and will not be traded on the Seedrs* secondary market. If any investors wish to sell their shares, please submit your instructions to sell by completing the form linked below.
Please note:
- We will honour the limit set on your order (i.e. the lowest price at which you are willing to sell) for 30 days. If your shares have not sold within 30 days the trade will be cancelled. We will notify you of cancellation and if you still wish to sell at this point, you will need to re-submit a request to sell using the form linked below.
- Once the shares have been deposited with our broker on IPO, we will pass on instructions received between 9am - 4:30pm on a business day as we receive them. Instructions submitted outside of these business hours will be passed to our broker from 9am on the next business day.
- Once Seedrs* receive funds from the trade, we will transfer this to your Seedrs* Investment Account, minus any broker fees and Seedrs’ carry (further details below).
- The AQSE Growth Market is a multilateral trading facility (MTF) and as such behaves differently to the London Stock Exchange and AQSE Main Market. The market relies on market makers and therefore you may see trades at or above your limit order but this does not guarantee that your trade will sell.
- Our brokers typically prioritise orders with the lowest limit. Between orders with the same limit price, it will be prioritised on a first come first served basis.
- We will only be able to complete a trade if the total number of shares submitted by you in the application is sold and we will not sell only a portion of these shares.
- If you choose to sell your shares in different batches, the administration charge set out below will be applied to each batch.
- We will not be able to process the trade if the proceeds from the sale of your shares is less than the administration charge set out below.
The fees for any transaction are as follows:
- £30 administration charge plus a commission of 0.75% on consideration. For sales of consideration over £10,000, there is a £1 PTM levy fee.
- Seedrs* charges a 7.5% carry on any profit made, i.e. in excess of the capital invested (after broker fees).

Ich weiß ja nicht, ob es überhaupt jemand interessiert, aber hier kann man den Kurs ansehen:

Wie gesagt, erste Runde zu .31, zweite vor IPO .58 Kurs aktuell 0.45 (Start war .5)
Zu früh um mehr zu sagen, aber nicht gerade unterbewertet.
