Umstrukturierung Mintos welche Auswirkung auf die Anleger ?

Please be informed that today we have completed restructuring of Mintos* to better align our legal structure with our operations and thus add additional protection for investors. Under the new legal structure we have separated the platform from the loan originator. Newly created JSC Mintos* Marketplace from today is taking over the platform and investor servicing, whereas JSC Mintos* will continue originating and servicing real estate backed loans. Here is a diagram of the new legal structure:

The new structure will allow us to add other loan originators to our platform helping them adopt marketplace model in funding their loans. As a result, investors will have more investment opportunities.

What does it mean to investors?

It means that from today all investment transactions will be handled by JSC Mintos* Marketplace and any uninvested money will be maintained in a segregated bank account in a separate legal entity from loan originator. Everything else from investor perspective will remain as before.

Upon next login all investors will be asked to read and accept the respective changes in General Terms and Conditions of Portal User Agreement and previously signed Assignment Agreements.

Wie muss man das verstehen und kann man das in der Form akzeptieren?

Das gefällt mir überhaupt nicht! Ich habe erst wieder Zugriff auf meinen Account nachdem ich die neuen AGB's bestätigt habe? Shocked

Ich verstehe das so, dass man Mintos* als Kapitalgeber und als Plattform
voneinander getrennt hat. Die Plattform kann dadurch auch andere
Kapitalsuchende managen. So wie jetzt Mogo z.B..

Verstehe ich auch so und auch nachvollziehbar, allerdings ist das zu akzeptierende Dokument voll von "Kleingedruckten" .

Der Vertrieb wird von der Kapitalseite getrennt.

Das ist absolut sinnvoll; denn wenn der Vertrieb der Anlagen illegal ist, dann erwischt ein Verbot lediglich die Plattform. Die muss dann ihre Angebote einstellen.

Dadurch bleibt die Kapitalgesellschaft vermutlich weiter handlungsfähig und kann weiter tätig bleiben, insbesondere die Verträge abwickeln.

Eigentlich war der Schritt überfällig, nachdem viele Anleger die Gefahr des Verbots der Plattform immer wieder diskutiert und etliche sich um dessentwillen auch zurück gehalten haben. Sonst waren die Mintos-Berater immer schön schnell, hier ausnahmsweise eher gemächlich.

Danke für die aufschlussreichen Beiträge. Das habe ich ja soweit auch alles verstanden. Ich fand es nur nicht gut, dass einem die Pistole auf die Brust gesetzt wurde und man sich nicht mehr einloggen konnte. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Zeit und Spielraum gewünscht.
Ich kann also bedenkenlos zustimmen und bestätigen um mich wieder einloggen zu können?
