Mitteilung: Revest* startet Zweitmarkt

Zitat:
We’re launching the Revest* Secondary Market, giving users more flexibility in managing their portfolios while expanding access to additional claims.

The first version is designed to be simple and transparent. Secondary Market purchases will be available exclusively through Auto-Claim Purchase, with the same portfolio criteria applying to available claims from both the Primary and Secondary Markets.

Claims will be sold at their remaining principal value, with no premium or discount, and only current and performing claims can be listed. Sellers will continue accruing interest until the claim is sold, while purchasers will start accruing interest from the point the claim is transferred to them. The contractual interest rate remains unchanged.

A listed claim can be cancelled until it is matched. A sale is not guaranteed and depends on demand from other users whose portfolio criteria match the listed claim.

For existing portfolios, Secondary Market purchases will be disabled by default, so you will need to update your portfolio settings and enable the feature if you want to purchase claims from the Secondary Market. For newly created portfolios, the feature will be enabled by default.

The Secondary Market is designed around two main goals: giving users a way to exit eligible loan positions earlier when needed, and making more claims available to other users.

This is the first version, and we’ll continue developing it based on user feedback and Secondary Market activity.

10 Mio. Euro Kreditvolumen von Revest* erreicht
Zitat:

• €7.3M in repaid claims
• €85.2K in contractual interest paid to users

Since launching in December 2025, we have continued expanding the range of available claims and developing new platform functionality, including business loan claims, monthly interest payments, and the recently launched Secondary Market.

Zitat:
Our current cashback campaign is coming to an end. If you’ve been planning to take part, there’s still time before it closes. Check the campaign terms for eligible claims, cashback rates and conditions.
Cashback earned under the current campaign will be credited to your Revest* wallet by October 2.
We also have something new on the way.
Next week, we’re introducing a new Revest* feature — and marking its launch with a new cashback campaign.
We’re keeping the details under wraps for now, but we’ll share how the feature works and all the new campaign details when it goes live.
Keep an eye on your inbox — more news next week!
Best regards,
Revest Team

Heute wurde pünktlich die 6% (!) CB gutgeschrieben. Zusammen mit den 16% Zinsen ergibt das schon ne ordentliche Gesamtrendite...

Da ist die neue Revest* Cashback Kampagne
Zitat:
From 5 October 2026, you’ll have more choice over how you receive cashback on Revest. Our new cashback mechanism calculates your cashback when you acquire an eligible claim, with two payout options: Instant and Flexible.

To mark the launch, we’re running a new cashback campaign from 5 October to 30 November 2026, offering up to 6% cashback on eligible acquisitions.
Choose how you receive cashback
Instant — full cashback upfront

Receive the full cashback amount calculated for your eligible acquisition in your Revest* wallet after the purchase is completed. There’s no need to wait until the campaign ends.

If you sell the claim on the Secondary Market before maturity, the cashback corresponding to the remaining holding period is deducted from your sale proceeds. The longer you hold the claim, the smaller the deduction.
Flexible — cashback with claim payments

Cashback accrues based on the actual number of days you hold the claim and is paid with the scheduled claim payments:

Business claims: with scheduled monthly payments.

Short-term claims: at repayment, where there is a single payment at the end.

If you sell on the Secondary Market, any accrued but unpaid cashback is paid as part of the sale settlement. Future cashback stops, and cashback already paid is not deducted.
How to set your preference

Open Create Portfolio or Edit Portfolio, find Cashback Preference, and select Instant or Flexible, then save your settings.

Instant is the default, including for existing portfolios. You can change your preference at any time, but changes apply only to future eligible acquisitions made through that portfolio. Existing claims retain the option assigned when they were acquired.

The setting remains available between campaigns, but only applies to acquisitions that qualify for an active cashback campaign.

You can check the cashback details for an eligible claim in its Payment Schedule. Flexible cashback is shown alongside scheduled payments; Instant cashback is paid separately to your wallet.
Our October–November cashback campaign

Acquire eligible claims between 5 October and 30 November 2026 to receive cashback at the following rates:
Original claim term Annual interest rate Cashback rate
25 days 13.50% 0.25%
1 month 14.00% 0.25%
3 months 14.50% 1.00%
6 months 15.00% 2.00%
12 months 15.50% 4.00%
24 months 16.00% 6.00%

Cashback rates are one-off rates for the full original term, not annual interest rates. Cashback is provided in addition to contractual interest.

For example, an eligible €1,000 acquisition with a full 24-month term and 6% cashback has a total cashback amount of €60. With Instant, this is paid upfront. With Flexible, it is paid over the holding period with scheduled payments.
How cashback works on the Secondary Market

Eligible Secondary Market purchases can also receive cashback during the campaign.

The cashback rate is based on the claim’s original term, while the amount is reduced proportionally to reflect the remaining term when you acquire it.

For example, a €1,000 claim with an original 24-month term and a 6% cashback rate, acquired with three months remaining, would qualify for approximately €7.50 cashback:

€1,000 × 6% × 3 ÷ 24 = €7.50

Actual calculations use days rather than rounded months.

If you later sell that claim before maturity:

Instant: cashback for the period after your sale is deducted from the sale proceeds.

Flexible: you receive cashback accrued during your ownership, less any amount already paid.

An estimated Instant cashback adjustment is shown before you confirm the listing. The final deduction is calculated when the sale takes place. Existing Secondary Market eligibility and trading restrictions continue to apply.

Warum sollte jmd den flexible cashback wählen? Verstehe ich nicht.
