Die letzte Auktion war erfolgreich und das Sicherheitsobjekt wurde verkauft. Derzeit warten wir darauf, dass der Käufer den Kaufbetrag an den Gerichtsvollzieher überweist, wofür er bis zum 23.02.2020 Zeit hat. Nachdem die Überweisung beim Gerichtsvollzieher eingegangen ist, werden die Gelder an EstateGuru überwiesen. |

Scheint aber eine falsche Statusmeldung gewesen zu sein, denn

Bei Laineoru development loan 1. phase ist der Kauf geplatzt und geht daher mal wieder in eine Auktion
Nachdem das Startgebot nach unzähligen Versuchen minimal reduziert wurden, liegt es nun wieder etwas höher.  |

Therefore, the performance of the loans is more secured and the legal position of investors is better in case the loans would become default again. This extraordinary solution is due to the hardships covid-19 pandemic caused to the concrete borrower (the borrower appealed to pandemic as force majeure and referred to legal protection measures the law provides in this kind of situations). In EstateGuru’s assessment the described agreement is the best solution for the investors at the moment and is in the interests of the investors comparing to the realization of the securities in the enforcement and/or in the bankruptcy proceeding. Both alternatives have been thoroughly analyzed and EstateGuru considers it the best possible solution to achieve the performance of the borrower’s obligations to the investors. |
Ich kann nicht erkennen warum das in meinem Interesse sein soll. 6 Monate gar keine Zinsen, dann nochmal 6 Monate 5% Zinsen. Dann bitte lieber den Vertrag aufkündigen. Ich will mein Geld zurück. |

Dem deutschen Projekt geht anscheinend schon die Luft aus. Schon die erste Zinszahlung war im Verzug, die zweite nun auch schon seit ca. 3 Wochen.
