Ich habe heute das Geld aus dem 30 Tage Access Account in das 90 Tage Access Account transferiert. Gibt ja mehr Zinsen. Freundlicherweise ist im 30 Tage Account ein Transfer Button den ich nur zu drücken brauchte. _________________ Meine Investments (aktualisiert 03/22):

Greeting from the Netherlands. please accept my apologies for not writing in German. I have been continuously reading and enjoying he English blog posts until I realized a couple of days ago that the blog is only the tip of the iceberg and there is much more going on in the discussion forum. I have started following the discussion in the forum, from which I gave learned a lot. So thanks to all contributors.
Back to my main question. Among all the risks with invessting in the UK P2P in the light of Brexit, one that concerns me a lot is the possibility of losing access to my UK bank account. I have registered with Assetz Capital* using a UK IBAN from Revolute. Revolute has already stated that in the case of no-deal Brexit, they will move the accounts of their EU customer to a EU partner. I think that implies that for us living in EU, the Revolute IBAN will change from a UK one to some EU IBAN, which cannot be used as a reference account in Assetz* Capital. Have you used Revolute for your UK IBAN as well? How do you assess the risk?

I think if that should happen, investors will manage.
Either find a replacement account (Transferwise borderless) or get Assetz* to agree to do a one-time withdrawal to a foreign account (in your case Dutch). Of course that option would come with costs/fees. _________________ Meine Investments (aktualisiert 03/22):

Eine Frage an die bei Assets Capital anlegenden Investoren oder Interessierte:
Wenn ich es richtig sehe kommen bei den Anlagen so ca 5,5% p.a. Rendite raus, wenn die Paketvarianten mit Fundabsicherung genommen werden. Gemäß den hier und in anderen Threads im Forum zu AC gemachten Äusserungen, wird von Euch die Anlage als sicherer angesehen als die im Baltikum mit Buyback und daher der geringe Zins akzeptiert.
Wäre dann nicht auch die Anlage in die erstrangig besicherten Kredite bei Exporo* eine gute Alternative, welche auch so ca. 5,5% macht?
Bis auf die längere Anlagezeit sehe ich dies vom Rendite/Risiko Verhältnis gleich auf zu AC. Habt ihr das bereits einmal für Euch bewertet.
Anm. ich bin nicht bei Exporo* in die Kredite bisher investiert und habe nur einen Testballon in ein Bestandsobjekt gemacht. |

What does this mean for Lenders investing through those accounts?
With immediate effect, we will no longer be accepting new investment into the GBBA2 and PSA and there won’t be any new loans available in these accounts. If you have loan holdings in these accounts, they will continue to seek to pay the target rate of gross interest (subject to individual loan performance and the provision fund). Any funds that are awaiting investment into the closed accounts will be returned to your Cash Account immediately. It’s important to remember that if you had the ‘invest idle funds’ feature switched on in the GBBA2 or PSA, but not in your Cash Account, those funds will become uninvested and therefore not interest bearing. You can switch on the ‘invest idle funds’ feature in the Cash Account on your dashboard at the click of a button.
Over time, any interest and capital from your investments in GBBA2 & PSA will be returned to your cash account for investment into other accounts at your discretion. In due course after all loan repayments or recoveries you will eventually have no holdings remaining in these two accounts. Any funds awaiting investment into closed accounts will be returned to your cash account, where they can be re-deployed into an account of your choice.
If you do wish to sell some or all of your loan holdings in any of the closed accounts, you are still able to do this through the secondary market (provided the loans are not suspended and subject to demand by other lenders)
