Wenn ich das richtige verstehe, behält Crowdestate* nun auch bei lettischen und Rumänischen Projekten Steuern ein (Letzteres nicht bei deutschen Anlegern)? Oder habt ihr das anders verstanden _________________ Meine Investments (aktualisiert 03/22):

Bei Tammelehe gibt es Neuigkeiten. Leider keine positiven

Pärnu County Court made the decision to approve Baltic Forest OÜ’s (registry code 12433069, located at Aiandi tee 5, Paikuse. Pärnu) reorganisation plan on January 20, 2020 (civil case no. 2-19-16366). Pursuant to the court order, Mr Toomas Saarma, the reorganization adviser, supervises the implementation of the reorganization plan.
The purpose of the reorganization is to preserve Baltic Forest OÜ as a comprehensive company that is able to earn profit and thus pay off creditors' claims. The reorganization plan gives Baltic Forest OÜ a real opportunity to pay off all debts through the reorganization procedure with the help of reorganization measures.
The main reorganization measure is the extension of the creditors' claims’ repayment deadlines. The reorganization plan also provides for the restrictions on the operations of the management board and shareholders of Baltic Forest OÜ, including the prohibition to pay dividends until the end of the reorganization proceedings of Baltic Forest OÜ.
Pursuant to the court order, the reorganization adviser is required to submit to the creditors and to the court a report on the implementation of the reorganization plan, which describes the financial position of the company, the implementation of the reorganization plan and other relevant circumstances that the creditor may be interested in, every six months. The first report shall be submitted to the court by 20.07.2020 at the latest.
The court obligated the members of the management body of Baltic Forest OÜ to provide the reorganization advisor with the information necessary for his supervision and to assist the reorganization adviser in the fulfilment of his supervisory duties.
The court prohibited Baltic Forest OÜ from concluding transactions with assets belonging to Baltic Forest OÜ beyond the scope of the company's daily economic activities, including encumbrance and disposal of property without the prior written consent of the reorganization adviser.
All Crowdestate’s investors claims are secured by mortgages set on Baltic Forest OÜ’s production properties.
The repayment schedules of all Baltic Forest OÜ’s investment opportunities (V - X) have been updated according to the reorganization plan. Baltic Forest OÜ contracts can be traded on Crowdestate’s secondary market from Monday, February 3rd, 2020.
